Lambing Time at Fron Farm
We have 95 ewes to lambs from 20th February for aprroximately 4 weeks. Our sheep have been scanned and one happy mother has found out she is expecting triplets!! (posted/updated 16/01/2012)

Flintshire Real Ale Trail Saturday 28th April 2012
Take an opportunity to go from pub to pub on an all day bus ticket. Walk to our local Royal Oak and pick up the bus fom there. You'll discover pubs and places you never knew existed! (posted/updated 01/12/2011)
Queens Jubilee Weekend 2012
We get a 4 day bank holiday in June 2012-the Queens Jubilee will be celebrated on Tuesday 5th and the late may bank holiday will be moved to mon 4th June giving us a 4 day break. Thanks Queenie! (posted/updated 07/09/2011)
London Olympic Games 27th July - 12th August 2012.

Goats at Fron Farm.
The goats are now on the field on the caravan park. They like household scraps - eg pieces of bread and bits of fruit. (posted/updated 16/01/2012)
We are a Family Site!

Ice cream van

Fancy dress halloween event! Saturday October 29th 2011.
Our Halloween Event proved very successful again. We had a hot pot supper in the barn and fancy dress competition for children and adults. We then walked through the spooky decorated woods to the pub (posted/updated 01/12/2011)
New Toilet and Shower Block

Look out for the hot air balloon.
A balloon enthusiast frequently flies over Fron Farm on still calm summer days. Mr Herd sometimes takes off from Fron Farm or lands here. (posted/updated 01/12/2011)
Woodland Walk to the Royal Oak, Hendre.
If you want to walk to the local pub it is open daily from 7pm. John and Zena will also open up for groups of 10 or more by prior arrangement. Please phone them on 01352 741466. (posted/updated 16/01/2012)
Hens are laying approx. 25 eggs a day.
Free range eggs for sale at £1.25 for half a dozen. (posted/updated 28/02/2011)
Low Season - from 3rd September 2012.
When we are in low season the farmyard is still open for you to see the animals and all facilities are open on the camping park. (posted/updated 16/01/2012)
